Inside Story

With impeccable taste throughout, the accommodation spans three floors. Split level in layout, entry is at ground floor level (first floor at the rear) where you will find the living accommodation. Light and bright, the open plan living space spans the width of the house with a seaward facing balcony at the rear. To one side of the room is the ultra-modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. A lovely wood-burner ensures this room appeals at any time of year.

Up on the top floor is a stunning master bedroom suite, again with superb sea views across the sweep of St Ives Bay. There is oodles of space and a lovely large en-suite bathroom too.
The remaining accommodation is on the lower ground floor, where there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a twin room and a shower room.

Outdoor Living

There is an enclosed and sheltered garden at the back of the house with lawn and terrace. A dining table, coffee set and barbecue are provided.

Out and About

Seafield is situated in a residential area in the village of Carbis Bay which is famed for its white sandy beach. A popular spot with swimmers and sunbathers, the beach has Blue Flag status and is lifeguarded in the summer months. The Carbis Bay Hotel overlooking the beach is the perfect place to retreat to for coffee or lunch. The hotel also has a spa offering treatments to non residents.

St Ives is only a mile away and can be reached by foot along the coastal path or on the branch line taking only a few moments. This iconic Cornish town has something for everyone: white sand beaches, restaurants galore, shops, galleries and more.
If you crave peace and quiet then head east along the coastal path to Porth Kidney Sands, a vast stretch of beach which is often deserted. Take a picnic though as there are no cafes here!If surfing is your thing then head east to Gwithian or west to Porthmeor in St Ives.
