Inside Story

Tides is open plan living at its best with a spacious sitting room and kitchen diner linked by double doors for sociable gatherings. With lovely view across the garden to the Camel Estuary there is access to a sun deck at the front of the house, the perfect spot for morning coffee. The kitchen and dining area family friendly with ample space for eight around the table with sleek white units and all mod cons provided for keen cooks.

On the first floor are two impressive master bedrooms, a double at the front with a balcony overlooking the estuary and an en-suite king-size room at the rear with an extra child’s bed. There are two neat first floor singles plus a 4’ sofa bed in a ground floor snug.
With a ground floor shower room, en-suite bathroom and family bathroom there shouldn’t be a queues for the loos.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy breakfast on the terrace at the front of the house and watch the activity of the estuary below; a great time to plan the day's events.

Behind the house, the private enclosed courtyard garden is a real sun trap with tempting loungers for lazy afternoons. Barbecue fresh local fish, drink the local Camel Valley Brut and dine alfresco!

Out and About

There is much to do here with beaches galore on the doorstep, water sports aplenty or the Camel trail for more sedate cycling and walking. Tides is in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the centre of the town so leave the car at home and potter in for morning coffee, a browse around the shops or a leisurely lunch. Sitting opposite Rock on the Camel Estuary, this is a great place for messing about on the water. Synonymous with fabulous food, Padstow is home to some excellent restaurants and a celebrity chef or two. Speedboat trips will leave you grinning from ear to ear whilst water-skiing, sailing, kayaking and surfing can be arranged at the water sport centre in Rock.
